Cake Balls

A cake ball is everything you love about cake in an easy to eat petit fours format.  They are made by baking a sheet cake, mixing it with whatever icing would typically go on that cake, rolling it into a ball and then dipping it in chocolate.  Although the exact origins of cake balls are difficult to determine, they have been taking America by storm in recent years. Cake balls are great for birthdays, large parties, baby showers and corporate events.
